This title offers you two well-known Czech evergreens Motýl (slowfox) and Babeta (march), written by Jiří Suchý and Jiří Šlitr. Václav Hybš instrumentally arranged these beautiful songs for the jazz orchestra. The set contains the score, including all parts.
Václav Hybš (*1935) is czech arranger, conductor and trumpetist. He was a founding member of the Dance orchestra of Czechoslovak radio. Since 1950s he has made music arrangements for various orchestras, gradually he began to organize his own ensemble and during 1962–64 an independent Václav Hybš orchestra was established in Rokoko theatre. Since then he has been arranging all compositions for his orchestra.
