Antonio Ruiz-Pipó (1934-1997) was a Spanish composer and pianist known for his unique synthesis of Spanish musical tradition and modern compositional techniques. Born in Granada, he studied in Barcelona and then settled in France, where he worked as a teacher and composer. His work was inspired by Andalusian folk music, which he enriched with elements of impressionism and neoclassicism.
