Classic for Kids contains 29 easy appealing pieces for recorder and piano from four centuries. Apart from original pieces for recorder, it also contains many popular melodies by famous classical composers, such as The Birdcatcher's Song by Mozart or Für Elise by Beethoven. Many of the pieces can be played from the second year of lessons already.
Some of the piano accompaniments have deliberately been set in easy arrangements so that they can even be played by pupils. This encourages ensemble playing and makes it possible that pupils enjoy playing the pieces together at performances.
