Product description

Four pieces of different musical directions and styles for brass trio (2x trumpet and trombone), written for early intermediate musicians by Czech composer Emil Hradecký. You will find here compositions classical, polyphonic, contemporary and jazzy, and all of them are suitable not only for concerts and recitals, but also for music ensemble competitions.  The publication includes the score and all the parts. The book also includes a link to a website where you can download demo recordings of each song, to get an idea of what the pieces sound like.

Emil Hradecký (*1953) is a Czech composer and piano teacher. Hradecký graduated from the State Conservatory in Prague and after his studies he began working as a teacher at the Elementary School of Music in Prague. Most of his compositions are addressed to children, for whom the distinctive rhythm of his compositions opens up a new musical world. He is one of the few music teachers who consistently and passionately devotes himself to the genre of dance and jazz music with his students. The vast majority of his compositions are intended for piano, but Emil Hradecký is not only devoted to jazz and dance music; his "non-jazz" compositions are melodic, pleasant to listen to and, above all, popular with teachers and their students. His work for other musical instruments or songs for children's vocal ensembles and choirs is also successful.
