Product description

This book brings you three interesting pieces by Czech composer Milan Dlouhy.
1) SUITA for recorder ensemble and piano. The suite has five movements and is technically and rhythmically very accessible to beginners. The solo flute completes the picture with a distinctive cantilena and a sparkling technique in the fast movements. The piano has an accompanying role, in the serious areas of the cantilena, with alternating elements of jazz and a strong melodic line. The overall conception of the different parts of the suite, is distinct and is mainly concerned with capturing a new and different mood, which is in the tempo and especially in the expression of the melodic line.
The individual movements of the suite can also be played separately and the Suite can thus be divided into five separate pieces.
2) Capricio - is a piece for solo flute (unaccompanied)
3) Veta - is a piece for two solo flutes
