Product description

"Rondo Alla Turca" is the well-known final movement from Mozart's Piano Sonata in A Major, K. 331. This has been arranged as a technical showpiece for sax quartet. The melody flows throughout the ensemble and all members get a chance at some flashy, technical sections.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) was an Austrian composer and piano virtuoso. He is recognized as a genius musician and phenomenal composer who composed both secular and sacred works. He was a child prodigy and from his childhood he gave concerts all over Europe. Among his most famous works are the operas The Marriage of Figaro and Don Giovanni, as well as the composition A Little Night Music and his last and unfinished funeral mass, Requiem in D minor (KV 626)
