Product description

This set for piano quartet brings you a varied selection of dance and recital pieces by classical and romantic composers in easy arrangements for beginning musicians.  The pieces are written for chamber ensemble with violin, viola, cello and piano, but the viola part can be optionally replaced by the included part for second violin. The string parts are written in first position. Unlike the normal basso continuo part, in this arrangement the piano also takes on the role of solo instrument and alternates with the strings.
