Product description

Nine cheerful and musically funny songs in the spirit of Jiří Žáček's lyrics, written by Jiří Pazour for the a cappella mixed vocal ensemble SATB, which will delight both performers and listeners. The lyrics are in Czech.

Jiří Pazour (* 1971) is a Czech pianist, improviser, composer and pedagogue who teaches piano improvisation at the Prague Conservatory. As a composer Jiří Pazour writes solo, chamber and orchestral works. He has created a number of compositions of a lighter character, which are intended primarily for the joy of spontaneous music making for both listeners and performers. He has also written a number of children's songs on texts by Czech poets and lyricists.

Jiří Žáček (*1945) is a Czech writer, translator, poet, textbook author, collector and creator of aphorisms.
