School for Flute is the most widespread mean in learning to play the flute and now it comes in its already fifth edition. Contrary to many other popular instructional books this one shows extracts of classical music from the Middle Ages to classicism using many methodically well made excercises and etudas. The author himself is a great flautist and for man years he has been the artistic director of ensemble Symposium musicum with who he practises old music.
