Trois Pièces Pour Une Musique De Nuit is a set of three melodious pieces by Eugène Bozza written for Flute, Oboe, Clarinet and Bassoon. This book contains all the parts as well as the full score. This piece is highly representative of the compositions by Eugène Bozza. The three pieces are quite distinctive - Andantino: 6/8, Allegro Vivo: 3/8 and Moderato: 2/4. Eugène Bozza won different prizes at the Conservatoire de Paris such as the First Prizes for the Violin, conducting and composition, as well as the Grand Prix de Rome. He composed several operas, chamber works and ballets among others.
Eugène Joseph Bozza (1905-1991) was a French composer, violinist, conductor and teacher. He is best known for his chamber music for wind instruments. His output, however, includes five symphonies, operas, ballets and many solo works and works for wind and string ensembles. His compositions are distinguished by their melodic singing, rich harmonies and technical precision, making them part of the repertoire of many musicians around the world.
