Product description
This set of eight fanfares, called Twist and Tight, offers typical fanfare setup- two trumpets, two trombones and timpani. The set contains the score in original keys for trumpets in C. Other instrumental parts are written out in three versions which are different according to the types of trumpets and their scale possibilities. Therefore the 1st version is written for trumpets in C - in original keys, the 2nd version is written for trumpets in Bb, in lower keys and 3rd version is written for trumpets in A or in G (piccolo) - in higher keys .
Libor Kubánek is a Czech percussionist, composer and percussion teacher. He graduated from the Prague Conservatory of Music in 1985. Since 1991 he has been a member of the Prague State Opera Orchestra and has been teaching since 1992.
