Product description
A collection of eight short piano pieces written by Jiří Trtík for beginners and intermediate pianists. The animal-themed pieces stimulate children's imagination, tell stories of (animal) friendship and guide the child's ear to the more modern style of 20th and 21st century classical music. The book is accompanied by colourful thematic pictures by an artist with the artistic name of Pamela.
Jiří Trtík is a Czech composer, conductor and pedagogue. He studied composition and conducting at the Prague Conservatory, philosophy at Charles University and holds a Master of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music. He is one of the most successful Czech classical composers outside the Czech Republic. Since 2020 he has been teaching at the composition and conducting department of the International Conservatory Prague.
