Franz Ignaz Danzi (1763 - 1826) was a German composer, conductor and cellist. He was the son of the Italian cellist Innocenti Danzi (1730-1798) and brother of the famous singer Franzeska Danzi. As a composer he wrote 16 operas and operettas, 6 symphonies and many other orchestral and chamber works.
