Mendelssohn, Felix

Jakob Ludwig Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy (1809 - 1847) was a German composer of the Romantic period. He was one of the most remarkable and greatest composers of his time. His miraculous talent manifested itself at an early age, his steep creative rise and untimely death are reminiscent of the career of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
