Helena Séquardtová (*1957) is a Czech music teacher, children's choir leader, arranger and lyricist. She graduated from the Faculty of Education (Czech language - music education). After her studies, she started teaching music theory at the Model Music School of the Capital City of Prague. She worked with the Pedagogical Research Institute, Prague Conservatory and also as a regional lecturer of Music Education. In 1991 she moved to the Bambini di Praga School of Choral Singing and together with Professor Miroslav Bures she was at the birth of the instrumental ensemble Musica per Bambini, for which she arranged folk songs and carols. In 1993, she founded the children's ensemble Dráteníček, which gradually grew into today's ensemble Musica e Danza, which today (2022) she leads together with her daughter Adéla Nedvědová.
